Former Congressman, Governor, and now, the junior U.S. Senator from Virginia, George Allen jokes with
Augustus Alzona of the Maryland Tyranny Response Team (TRT). George later honored Alzona by having him stand up and showcase his Tyranny Response Team t-shirt to the the thousands gathered at the Conservative Leadership Institute's annual "4th of July Soiree" picnic. Right in the middle of his keynote patriotic speech regarding the founding fathers, the Senator pointed out Alzona and had him stand up and be recognized as "the patriot from Maryland who swam all the way across the Potomac river, seeking freedom here in Virginia today!"
